At 17, Chelsea was a “troubled teen” dealing with a host of issues primarily stemming from within her family home. Instead of licensed treatment, her parents chose to send her abroad in 2001 to WWASP’S notorious Tranquility Bay. There, she would spend months enduring degrading treatment, neglect, emotional abuse and harmful brainwashing. Since her release, she has dedicated herself to exposing and raising awareness of the inherent abuse in the troubled teen and pseudo-therapeutic communities. She is excited to collaborate as a part of the WWASPSurvivor’s team and share her experience with the broader survivor community and others who are interested in our cause.
