I just am trying to understand what has happened with Ben’s request for a new trial. I know he was requesting a new trial or appealing decision made and he was allowed to stay out of jail while waiting for the appeal. Has the appeal been heard in higher court. Just wondering if it is known if he has obtained status for higher court hearing.
