Hello i was in horizon academy 2008, thinking about the abuse i went through is still very duisturbing to live and deal with, as a latina woman i now can say i was very mistreated. as a miniorty in this school i was forced to wear a skirt when everyone else was able to wear whatever they pleased.. i was in horizon for 19 months worked the program and did what i had to do to stay low under the raidar. living in fear for the 19 month i was in there i was mentaly abused as a latina girl being told i was not able to wear pants i had to show my legs every day was taunting.. please id like to speak to someone about this matter.
