They used humiliation tactics, solitary confinement that lasted days, crazy forced labor, denial of proper medical care, inappropriate use of medication, discrimination against LGBTQ, inappropriate behavior by multiple male staff members…we were literal prisoners. We had trainings that were modeled after the Lifespring cult trainings, which the founders husband started. The trauma I experienced here has caused long term issues such as severe anxiety, depression, and cptsd.
