Shannon Levy was in my family “Destiny” at Spring Creek Manor in 2002. She came to Montana because the medical attention she needed…due to the staff breaking her jaw, was not provided in Jamaica. She needed pureed food at every meal and many times they would give her inadequate meals because they did not have the food resources. I felt really bad for her and she would tell me many times how painful eating was. I hope she gets justice…I too being a survivor of WWASP am trying to expose the abuse that occurred at these facilities.
