Declarative Statement

When I was in Western Samoa at Paradise Cove at the age of 17 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer because of not enough fiber in my diet. The Samoan hospital was going to do surgery on me, but before they could my parents had me brought home. When I arrived back home the doctor here told me that I had a fisher bleeding in my prostate from lack of fiber in my diet and malnutrition. I’m so lucky that I was brought home before they decided to cut on me and treat cancer that I didn’t have in the first place. I still to this day have prostate problems and seems to be getting worse as I get older. I also had my wisdom teeth removed that I about died from lack of water. The dentist didn’t just remove my teeth he crushed them out I may still have fragments left in my jaw.In doing so I think he broke my jaw because I couldn’t open my mouth so I couldn’t eat or drink. The hospital released me to go back to beach and they just put me in a grass hut, don’t remember much from that point I woke back up in the hospital. I was on level 3 family leader when I left getting ready to be on level 4, so I was making it through the program and am not just saying this because I wasn’t doing good there. I’m saying this because it has caused me health problems from the malnutrition at Paradise Cove.

I give WWASPSurvivors permission to use this statement.  I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
